Elevating your consciousness- What a spiritual guru could do

Ever thought that whenever you feel down or low in life, you reach out for someone close- a parent, sibling or a friend in most cases. And when you vent out your feelings to them somehow you feel lighter and liberated. Somehow the pain lessens. I was pondering about it quiet deeply and some answers came my way. I would really like to share what I discovered.

We are not only made of bone and flesh, that's only our physical aspect. On deeper levels we are energy!

When we interact with someone who is in higher conscious state than ours, then a significant process is happening in the energy realms. We are slowly rising higher and thus feel liberated from the pain and suffering we felt earlier- before the onset of the interaction.

Seemingly at that point of time, we are at our lower energy states and our brain is quiet expert that it chooses the right person to talk to as per the destination energy requirements!

Unconsciously, yet we do this. If energy levels were to be put on a scale to 1-10 ( 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest), then if we feel like a 4 sometimes, we will go and talk to >5 in order to feel good again.

But some people have gone a step ahead . They have evolved themselves by mitigating the need to have inter-dependence on fellow human beings. They harness the energy by meditating where they interact not with a 5-6 but with the universe or the supreme consciousness which is indeed a +10. So this is why meditation feels so awesome.

And it is quiet difficult for average humans to reach and interact at such high levels due to our egos and bundle of other vices. They require a medium, a mediator in their meditation. This facilitator helps individuals to slowly transcend its consciousness and reach a point where there is no need of further outer support or stimulus. These medium are some elevated souls called Gurus who are spiritually evolved species whose consciousness is quiet high than the average mean population.

A spiritual guru can act as a catalyst and increase the pace of the process. This is quiet risky and spiritual gurus seldom go to such extremes. Why? Because A premature hatch yields weak offspring! They are wise enough not to do so. That is why a guru arrives in your life only when one is ready to seek his guidance.

It is not always necessary that a guru will have a physical form. He/she may bestow blessings via books written in past or exist in metaphysical realms guiding you through lucid dreaming.

Have you found a guru yet? If not that means you need to keep patience and become worthy of one.

Everybody wants to be elevated and one day we all will. But till then we need to train our senses and become ready to receive the grace of a spiritual guru!👼

Healing Hands - Power to give unconditionally

Its quiet amusing when life slowly unfolds itself . Just as a dormant seed blossoms to be a sapling and then a sturdy tree, life happens when we allow it. It's an omnipresent phenomenon.

The reason we see it rarely happening or happening with delays is because of our actions to suppress and do anything in our capabilities to  not let it happen. Although it is mostly unintentional yet this hampers our growth as a being.

The great French philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin has rightly said-

"We are not human beings having spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience".

Why we hamper our growth if we are spiritual beings. Do we not long for the eternal peace and happiness? Why are we stuck in this vicious cycle of playing the victim card?

If I tell you there's a way to escape this rat race, would you believe me?

Let me tell you it is as easy as clicking ESC on the keyboard.

But before it works that way, you need to give yourself up completely in the process. You need to surrender to a cause greater than yourself.

I was hearing to an audio by Earl Nightingale who has very profoundly explained the laws of success in his record breaking radio voice over "The Strangest Secret".

I was bewitched by the man's service to the human kind which was not restricted to his country but expanded all over the globe. A service of such great value that is even serving the present generations. It is just continuously flowing as an elixir of success  even in this modern times.

So what's the strangest secret?  Please do watch the video in entirety and then come back here....

There is one more hidden secret that I happened to read between the lines.

When being of service to the masses one must think about others beforehand. One must not restrict some new found knowledge or idea to oneself. Restricting ideas makes you a mean one, overpowered by the veil of high ego states.

Do you think Earl Nightingale would have been so famous and showered with abundance if he would have kept this knowledge/insight locked inside his own head?

I think the opposite would have happened. Once envy. jealousy, malice and pride would have taken over his consciousness, he would have doomed!

But he rose triumphant breaking every barrier created ever by the sinful thoughts. And thus contributed so profoundly to the human race. He made an imprint so deep that it will last for centuries and keep motivating and guiding human kind to its higher potentials.

So be a giver. Yeah! You heard it right. Be an unconditional giver and abundance will flow in. Abundance not only in terms of money but abundance in totality. The hands of an unconditional giver becomes healing hands and as sacred as a god idol....

Takeaways

Donate something of value to a stranger  OR

Open door for an elderly OR

Give someone your seat without them asking OR

Give a hand to your mother in household chores OR

Smile to strangers OR

Feed strays and street animals ..the list never ends...

Be creative and keep experimenting. Do comment and tell me what are your methods of being an unconditional giver....😇😇😇😇😇😇

Overtaking the Power in your own Hands

We all have this huge urge to compete with people around us. I guess it's the basic instinct we are born with because when we were cave men we lived by "Survival of the fittest". But that's history. Isn't it? We should have come past this now as ages have passed down the streets Alas! here we are facing the present advanced ages still as cave men but only difference is of being dressed in suits. Just as a small example of this, when we see someone ahead of us while driving, our first reaction is to overtake. Even though our speedometers are way above the allowed limits, we still pace to match up and eventually try to surpass the one riding in front of us. And as you know as per laws of motion in order to overtake you need to have more speed than the other one. And amid all this chaos, we forget a very crucial parameter of speed and that is none other but "Time". We nullify the significance of time by not respecting the fact that the person who is riding in front of us may have started the journey earlier than us. We totally ignore that even though we are running the same race, the racetracks may not be the same. Even the starting points may differ for some or competing categories may differ.
The question is why we are so restless if somebody is ahead of us? Why we are ready to stake our life for that matter? Speeding may cause accidents which then reverses us back by many yards in the journey and serious ones could press the pause/stop button for once and for all.

The answer is simple yet untappable with an overtaking attitude. Our eyes are more often fixated outwards so one tends to look, watch what is happening in the outside world and more precisely it is fixated on what others are doing! We look for details, we pass judgements, we criticize - not ourselves but others. Only if we diverted our attention to the inner apparatus that is responsible for vision. And science has made us aware that it’s the brain which is responsible for our vision. Eyes are just the means of doing it. So, when we fix our focus inwards- on our brain and its functional unit called mind, only then we are truly living as an advanced human being. Because now the focus is inwards and now the eyes must look for details, correct, criticize, advise the real source of inception. We need to admit why we are lagging in the first place instead of foolishly pacing up. We need to respect the time factor. We need to give due acknowledgement to our so-called competitors who have been guiding us throughout the path as we can readily learn from their mistakes and pitfalls. We need to have an attitude of gratitude for them for being our companions in this long and at times tiring journey. Only when we move in life with such an attitude our existence is justified, otherwise it’s just a series of events driven by sole physiological desires. We all desire much more than that from life. So, don’t delay your evolutionary process anymore and take the first step by being conscious about these fine faults in us. This journey from the gross to fineness is our true journey and we must start now irrespective of what others are doing. No need to pace up or overtake, just enjoy the process and life will be a beautiful series of events rather than a coincidence. Make things happen and not wish for them to happen!

Whatever branches may grow?

A faulty seed planted with false perceptions can deeply root in even most civilized “civilizations”. This seed grows up to be a giant tree with diverse branches and these branches laden with false perceptions keeps on its life processes such as growing, withering and re growing. Is there any end to it? How can one diagnose the initial point of actual problem which is not in these succulent branches but in the roots? But why we always go for branches first? Why we assume that cutting down these branches is successful in bringing such trees down? See when we go for the branches, the problem can never be fully solved and we may be running a rat race on and on, never to reach a conclusion. So, it is quite necessary for us to know that problems should be tackled from roots. And this further complicates the whole scenario as when we finally find where the roots are, uprooting a full grown tree is not an easy task as uprooting it means taking away a valuable part of the ground it once grew on, leaving a huge void behind which needs to be filled very wisely with fresh just perceptions. Do we have a repertoire of such new live perceptions? Or we just going to fill the holes hastily, without much thought process? Inadequate thought processing is indeed the very thing that caused the generation of such faulty seeds in the first place, will again become manure for the others to come. Are we as civilized beings ready to give out best when asked for? Or we just going to vomit filth that has accumulated inside us with time due to hatred we have been storing for the trees all along? So when time comes to rebuilt, we may not actually rebuilt but only conceal.
It is rather good idea to shift our focus from such faulty seeds and spending our time in creating seeds with right perceptions and thus a mammoth forest that speaks for itself. Such a lively civilization shall force their counterparts to either rebel or reform. If reforms happen than it is an achievement on account of peace and if rebel do occur than we are very well -equipped and trained to defend when needed.

Maa

We women are very conscious about our age and despise everyone who even dare to categorise us as aged and old. And a single word which is famous for making women go nuts is Aunty. We hate this word. This word drops us from the zenith of youth to nadir of senescence. There are many other words which are used for making us feel old but no this word tops the list and hated by every women. I despise this too. I find it rather offensive and especially when anyone older than me calls me by this word. I never realised I was so similar to all the women scout out there,my bad  :D But recently I came across a very different perspective, a different thought related to this matter. An incident although very small yet left an everlasting imprint on my mind that inspired me to scribble this on my blog. It was a day like any other ordinary days in bank. And a lady quiet older than me approached me for services and she mistakenly called me Mummy instead of Ma'am. You see it was a very small incident but what strucked me so hard is that why I didn't feel offended at all, like I used to get after hearing the aunty word? A mother is also a person of older age than I was right now and the funny thing is that I'm not even married to be called one just in case. I wasn't offended and in fact responded very politely and lovingly as if I was her mother!! Such is the power of this word. That day I felt the gravity this word holds in itself. I felt all the love, care and sacrifices a mother does for her child and family. I salute to all the mothers around the world in this festive month of navaratra. Thanks for loving and caring for us for all lifelong. We never even realise we are so gifted until something struck us like it strucked me. I feel immense gratitude for the love I received, the love and care I don't ever think I'm  worthy of getting and still doubtful that if ever in my life I could reciprocate the love I received from mother....!!! And amid all this I even forget the grudge I held as a woman for being called out Aunties. If I'm an Aunty for some in present or future I will surely be a mother to someone and that totally balances out the odds, right.. ;)

Just a thought

Ever heard of this fable?I believe we all have. Let me see if you can relate it to present world scenario.

A crane was called for feast by a fox. The fox served the food on a plate and thus was able to eat hurriedly. The crane could not get to eat stomach full due to this serving arrangement and the fox after finishing his share, ate crane's share too!The fox then quickly closed off the feast and called it a day.
The  angels of the world called for globalization when concerns over not much cohesiveness and free trade were raised. Today, the feast is over and concerns have risen again. This time its about too much cohesiveness. The foxes have had their feast.Need I say more.Pretty strange world huh..!!
L.H.S.=R.H.S...bingo..!!! :D

Discovering Innate Happiness

Happiness is not as transient as an imprint on a sand that a wave comes and wash it away. But it is an innate inscription that have been deeply coalesced with our soul...:)

Why do we celebrate festivals? Do we really celebrate it for the mythological reasons? I think this is only partially true. Festivals have way more deeper value than one can think. Festivals have different meaning for different people. They bring "some" close to home creating cohesiveness and for some they are the days when they miss "home" the most. They give opportunities to families to come together eliminating all the minor-major barriers, provide them hope for a better future. They give the busy workaholics an excuse to take a sabbatical,an excuse to the figure-conscious people to be on a cheat diet for a while. For some festivals are a source of earning livelihoods, for some they are the avenues of superfluous expenditure.
In all, they give people a reason to celebrate,to be happy or at least force themselves to be happy amid the jovial environment. What we are really after? We create an ambience, a stage where we keep all the things that will or can give us satisfaction and will make us at peace and happy. But the truth is even with all the props at the stage why don't we feel happy to the core? Why our happiness feels so transient? Ever thought of that? I do..everyday. The transient nature of our happiness is derived from the root cause that we have based our happiness purely over materialistic gratification. And we experience ripples of short-lived happy  moments now and often but still our soul craves for that long-lasting happiness,no where to be found in all that glitters! Being happy is the innate nature of a soul which have eroded via lust and materialism and thus we are left with little of it,so little that we have only a hunch that something's missing but never really find out, what it is.And we surround ourselves with all the happy ingredients and try to get those ripples if not the absolute happiness that our soul yearns for. We settle for the ripples when there is complete possibility of us regaining our true innate nature! We think those heavy words like absolute happiness is not for the ordinary people like us but it is for the godly incarnations such as Shakyamuni Buddha. We never realize regaining our true happy nature is as simple as restoring phone's factory settings to default, in case we haven't tampered with the default password(default passwords are 12345,read the manual :P).
You get it right? What I'm trying to say is that don't tamper with your innate tendencies. Don't get engulfed in the materialism. I'm not implying that you wear the saffron clothes and become a saint but all I'm saying is create a balance out of  both worlds by mixing the best of both worlds.Only then one can be happy despite the happy props!!

The Introspection

Morning deep thoughts and conversations with oneself....:)
My solitude-my best friend,my never ending desires-my worst foe. My failures are the cornerstones of my success. Intense thrust upon me squeezed out the best out of me,symphony of love emanating from an abnormally pulsating heart, only having one question in my mind “Will I get through?” Someday somehow I know I’ll come up to my expectations, grow and reach beyond the skies,up high. There’s a long journey ahead,a route to love, happiness and success waiting for my imprints!!!!!!!!
Well it is always great to talk to oneself. It kind of fuels the inner desire and passion of not giving up and keep moving on. I know we all have some moments of self-doubt when doing some tasks but it is necessary to resolve them as quickly as possible. Because there is no scope of going forward when you doubt your abilities. Doubting is like a redirecting link,a hyperlink that takes you in the past and when you go to past, you are living backwards and that's not an appropriate action. So,a word of caution- Introspect yourself, motivate yourself and keep moving forward.

Omnipresence

I was going through some posts in my face book timeline. I was surprised to see many had similar life conditions as mine. They were feeling the same, sharing the same and even commenting similar ideas. And suddenly I realised I wasn’t the only one in the world who was undergoing the same set of feelings. There were many souls connected to mine in ways quiet difficult for me to decipher but we did have a connection. For once in my life, I felt relaxed and comforted that I wasn’t the only one. See if it was a good thing I would have wanted it would have occurred to only me and me. But for bad ones, I felt kind of soothed that there were others too! And this realisation somehow put an ointment to my wounds and the lines I used to hear in Hindi echoed in my ears “Dukh baatne se ghat ta hai”. Then it struck me at once, was it God who was distributing my pain to the universe and lessening it somehow. And he was doing this for everybody. No wonder that is why the pain just goes away with time. In actual it isn’t time which heals it. We the people living in this universe just distribute it among ourselves without even being a tinge of conscious about this noble deed. We at the will of God, act as the healers of one another’s pain and sorrows. God and pain, both are omnipresent. And we people are the smallest unit of a “virtuous distribution cycle”. In addition, God has forbidden us to hold on to the pain for long and given us a way to lessen it out and heal ourselves by cycling it through this virtuous cycle.....

Beast Remains “Untamed”

Whenever a history book is opened, the first chapter anyone generally comes through is about the civilizations. Amidst all these civilizations, one question always catches my due attention. Which was the first animal tamed by man? The history book answers this question saying that it is dog. I think the first animal tamed by man is the man himself. From being a wild, savage beast he slowly transcended himself into a disguise of a civilized being. Nomad man didn’t give up his wildness but instead he concealed all his savagery inside layers of masks known as personality. He became an actor, who acts differently with different people, but beneath all those layers, the savage beast still exists. And from time to time that beast tries his way out. Nowadays we see news about ill happenings around the world. Rape, harassment and murders have become a daily affair. Ever tried to figure out why people have lost their saneness and engaging in such shameless activities? The past of man is haunting him and even though he has worked on himself for many centuries that wild instinct still prevails inside him.
The picture of man as we see today has degraded more than any other animal. Because of his deeds, he has become the wildest of all the animals. As we see in the supernatural movies the devil is locked and forbidden to come out by putting a spell by the holy people, the same way the beast inside him was wrapped under the spell of moral values and ethical behavior. But loss of these values has broken the spell and man has retreated back to what he was in the past. Man has spent thousands of years undergoing evolution, from being a food gatherer to a food producer. But did he really evolve? He just started hiding his true self and lived a life of lies and faking things. They say history repeats itself. And I guess it’s absolutely true in this case too. Man is now experiencing process of reverse evolution where he is going back to where he started!

Unleash the Protagonist Within You

At this age also I’m a die-hard fan of animated cartoon movies. I don’t feel shy to say it out loud. These movies are so full of positive vibes, so beautifully visioned and hold a very beautiful moral for the viewers. When I finished watching “Wreck It Ralph”, it did make me think that what if throughout your whole life you were told that you were a “glitch” and somebody else was living the life that was made for you. Isn’t the mere thought, scares the hell out of you! It scared me too .Believe me not all of us comes to this realization and spends our whole life serving under and not fulfilling the true life purpose ever. But inside few heads, the thought always hover that they were the protagonists. And like in the movie the girl who believed that she wasn’t a glitch but a very valuable part of the game ends up discovering that she was indeed the princess of the whole game! The place which was taken up deceivingly by another game’s character.

All my life, I believed I was a low profile actor who was introduced in the story to be a helping hand, a crying shoulder and a secret diary to the so-called protagonist. But in my head I always knew I wasn’t the one what I settled for. I was so much more. This realization came when I met some extraordinary fellow lives who saw it in me right from the start. And with time this realization grew stronger and I was no longer accepting to be a glitch but claim my stake to what belonged to me. With my belief and determination, one day I was able to out throw the one who didn’t belong to my story. I became the protagonist of my story for real and not just in my head. And it felt so good because I could now steer my life to the places which mattered to me and enjoy the freedom of choosing and not accepting what was being offered. The thing is don’t ever think you are a glitch or some low–profile actor. You are protagonist and your story belongs to you. Always listen to your heart, it will move you to achieve your highest potentials and do the amazing things!

TRUTH-MONGER

I know some of the things I’m writing might offend “the liars” but isn’t it true that truth indeed is offending. Truth is not usually liked or preferred; it disappoints and makes you restless. Truth is a bitter medicine but lie on the other hand is a sweet poison. But isn’t it a good news? Medicine, no matter how bitter heals your body but poison on the other hand kills you. So which is better, being alive or dead? You all know what the answer is. Then why you have to run away from truth, let’s just face it. And as I always believe that I am willing to be hurt by a truth than to be relieved by a swarm of lies.

It really cut you open when you find out that the person whom you trust the most gave you “lies” in disguise of “truths”. And the funny thing you believed all of it, ignoring the voices in your head. I must tell you that I supposed myself to be a wise man. But soon I realized that there may and will come a time when a wise man builds his home upon a sand! Imagine what repercussions shall come to the home once the harsh winds come along with the grey skies and takes away with it “The Home”. You are left with nothing but with mourning and repenting over your foolishness. You only wish if only you were told the bitter truth a long before, it could have saved your valuable time and most importantly saved your soul. Whatsoever, I assumed myself “Wise” for quite a few reasons and committing such a mistake did break me but it just did not break me enough to give up my life and my beliefs. That is one of the reasons I categorized myself wise. Not falling for the trap of lies again in my life was another reason.

Thus, I strive to become a truth-monger in this era of harsh liars. There is only handful of them and the balancing act totally relies on their shoulders. I hope to become a truth monger soon enough. As I know now what it feels to be the one on whose ears those words of lie drops. It may not always do instant harm but it will do that in the long run. Let the truth prevail and as they say “Truth alone triumphs”. So I shall be triumphant soon enough!
